Cookie Policy

The cookies we set, why, and how to control them.

Effective September 7, 2026 · Amended September 11, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how TechMaven LLC ("TechMaven," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on https://www.techmavs.com and within the TechMaven AI platform (the "Services"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy at https://www.techmavs.com/legal/privacy.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a website to recognize your device, remember information about your visit, and, in some cases, track your activity across sites. We also use similar technologies, including local storage and pixels, which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are required for the website and the Services to function. We use two: a session cookie that keeps you signed in after you sign in, and a short-lived cookie used when you connect an external service such as a calendar or CRM, which protects that connection against misuse and expires within minutes. Both are set by us, not by a third party. They cannot be switched off in our systems and do not require consent under applicable law.

We do not use functional, analytics, advertising, or cross-site behavioral tracking cookies on our website, and we do not sell or share personal data collected through cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we introduce a category of cookie that requires consent, we will update this policy and present a consent mechanism before those cookies are placed.

3. Third-Party Cookies

We do not permit third parties to place cookies on our website. Our infrastructure providers, listed at https://www.techmavs.com/legal/subprocessors, do not set cookies in your browser through our site.

4. How Long Cookies Last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them, depending on the purpose of the specific cookie. We retain cookie data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or receive a notification before a cookie is placed. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website or the Services from functioning correctly. Where required by applicable law, we will present a cookie consent mechanism on our website allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies before they are placed.

6. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to such signals, and our website does not currently respond to them differently than described in this policy.

7. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date.
