How it works

Buy software. Connect your business. Turn it on.

Not: hire a consultant, wait six weeks, sit through four calls and pay an implementation fee. You can do all of this yourself, in one sitting.

  1. 01

    Choose your AI employee

Pick the job you want done — answering the phone, chasing leads, running the follow-up. Buy it online, no call required.

  2. 02

    Connect your business

One click each for your calendar, your number and your email. You never see an API key or an environment variable.

  3. 03

    Teach it your business

Describe what you do in a sentence and it drafts the whole setup — services, hours, service area, the questions you ask. You correct what it got wrong.

  4. 04

    Test it

Run it against a routine booking, an awkward question and an angry customer. You see every decision it made before anyone else does.

  5. 05

    Turn it on

It answers the next real enquiry. You watch it happen from the dashboard, and step in whenever you want to.

In detail

What each step actually involves

  1. 01

    You describe your business once

Type a sentence — "we are a landscaping company in Austin, we mow lawns and do seasonal cleanups, Monday to Saturday 8 to 5" — and it drafts the whole configuration: services, hours, service area, tone, the questions worth asking. You get a review screen showing what it inferred and where each guess came from, and you correct anything it got wrong. Nothing is saved until you say so.

  2. 02

You connect things with one click each

Calendar, phone number, email, CRM. Each one is a button that opens the provider's own consent screen and comes back with a green tick, because we test the connection with a real call before claiming it works. You never see a client secret, an API key or an environment variable.

  3. 03

You teach it what only you know

Upload your price list, your service descriptions, your cancellation policy. It reads them, indexes them, and answers from them — quoting your own wording and telling the customer where the answer came from. When it does not know something, it says so and offers to have a person follow up. It never fills the gap itself.

  4. 04

You test it before anyone else meets it

Run it against a routine booking, someone outside your area, an awkward question, an angry customer and an emergency. You see every decision it made — what it checked, what it found, what it booked — as plain operational steps. Simulated actions are labelled as simulated; nothing reaches a real customer.

  5. 05

You turn it on, and keep watching

A preflight check confirms everything is connected and configured before the button unlocks. After that every conversation is visible, every action is logged, and you can step in mid-conversation whenever you want to.

What you see

Every conversation, and what it did about it.

This is the same view your dashboard gives you: the exchange, and the business actions that followed it.

Customer said: My kitchen tap is dripping badly and the cupboard underneath is getting wet.
Agent replied: That sounds like it needs looking at soon but is not an emergency — I can get someone to you tomorrow morning. Can you send a photo of under the sink, and confirm the address?

What happened next

  1. Classified urgency — same-week, not emergency
  2. Requested photo · received
  3. Created job request · leaking mixer tap
  4. Booked visit · tomorrow 8:30am
  5. Notified you by text

You see decisions and actions, never the model’s internal reasoning. That is a deliberate limit: internal reasoning is not a reliable account of what happened, and showing it invites people to trust it as one.

Before you hand it your customers

The controls.

It says it is an AI

Every conversation opens by identifying itself, and it never claims otherwise when asked. That is enforced in code, not in a prompt.

Your data stays yours

Each customer's data is isolated at the database level, not just in application code. Export or delete everything whenever you want.

You can see what it did

Every conversation shows the decisions and actions it took — what it checked, what it booked, what it wrote down.

A person is always reachable

Ask for a human and it hands over immediately without arguing. Anything urgent, angry or unusual escalates on its own.

Risky actions need your approval

Sending to your whole list, deleting records, anything to do with money — all of it waits for a person to say yes.

Pricing you can read

Published prices, usage you can see before it costs you, and caps you set. No surprise invoice at the end of a good month.

It works with what you have

Google and Microsoft calendars, your phone number, your email, your CRM. If you already run something, it plugs in.

See it running before you decide.
